About Nakachimaki

Nakachimaki started in 2021 when the owner, who had just given birth, met a chiaki-making-veteran of 25 years through their children. After the owner tasted their chiaki, she felt strength overflowing from inside her, and experienced a renewed vitality both mentally and physically.
The owner looks back on this experience as the moment they felt, “Now this is food.”
“I can’t get enough!”
“I want to try to make even more delicious and healthy chimaki!”
“But most of all, I want to let people experience the same feeling I had when eating chimaki!”
It is with this curiosity and sense of purpose that Nakachimaki continues to make delicious chimaki today.
